Components are my way to describe a internal sites indentity. Guestbook for instance, are a component just like a contact form. These components covers the main sites identity and can be set as menu items. The following are the basic components:

News
The news component allows you to write articles as you would do in a MS Word document. The articles can be posted ahead of time and not be published until the spesific date. You can also decide on each article if the user will be able to comment the article.

Contact form
You should not leave your e-mail adresse open in any website. The contact form is a safe way to avoid spiders to infiltrate and spam your e-mail.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can create a list of most asked questions followed by the answer - so the user does not have to contact you directly for simple questions about your company.

Guestbook
A guestbook is a classic website component that allows the user to leave a comment about your website. This is a unique guestbook because it also allows you to reply on the users comments.

Static pages
This components allows you to create static pages with a WYSIWYG editor(TinyMCE). You design it just like in MS Word.

Link to sponsors
Easily create links to other websites. There are implemented statistics for how many click a link have.

Modules are my way to descripe subfunctionality. All the teasers and elements in the sidebar are modules. In other words an instance of a compoment or something that work with and are related to a component.

RSS Feeds
Module that allows you to subscribe to news automatically. All modern browsers supports this technology.

Banner ads
Upload a banner. The system keeps statistics over how many clicks each banner has.

Sidebar items
Any component can have a sidebar teaser.
